Make a Room Reservation in Florence

Cancellation Policy and Changing Online Reservations

In case of LATE CANCELLATIONS i.e. after 48 hours prior to arrival date or NO SHOWS i.e. you forget to cancel the reservation then we are obliged to charge you 01 night to your credit card.

Reservations can be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival at the Roma hotel Florence. Simply click on the "modify booking" or "cancel booking" found at the bottom of your confirmation of reservation email to make changes. Room reservations are normally held until 12pm at night on the day of arrival. If you are going to arrive after 12pm then you must notify us of late arrival well in advanced.
